Owner and Senior Project Manager
Born a “kiwi” in beautiful New Zealand, Kim moved to California with her parents and younger sister where she has resided since the age of twelve. In 1997, Kim received her Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. Upon receiving her degree, Kim moved to the Silicon Valley where she worked for a major Design-Build General Contracting firm. In 1999 Kim moved to Orange County where she has worked for Devcon Construction, LPA Architectural Firm, The Irvine Company Office Properties and project management company, Kiwi PMG.
