About Kiwi PMG

We believe in understanding our clients needs and coordinating the right team of vendors to be able to produce a successful project.
We believe that all the moving parts of a construction project should be unified under and distilled into a single, effective vision. This might seem obvious, but as is often the case, a project can quickly become an echo chamber of dozens of voices sounding off from architects, contractors, low voltage vendors, furniture dealers and city bureaucrats. If not managed properly, small problems can quickly grow into large ones, and the overall picture can get diluted or even lost. Remaining faithful to a clear vision while being able to adapt to obstacles is what converts ideas and paper to brick and mortar. It takes a certain level of finesse to be able to speak these different “languages” and to translate what needs to be conveyed in a way that will be heard by the right people at key points along the way. It’s about creative strategy, accountability, and execution and we have the utmost respect and confidence in that process.
