- Weekly project coordination meetings and site visits
- Implement any scope changes
- Review change orders/payment applications
- Coordinate with all consultants on the project i.e. glazing, soils, waterproofing, etc.
- Assist with utility design approvals and scheduling
- Provide monthly project reports with site photos
- Track project budget and schedule
- Resolve any field conflicts
- Track and close out punch list/commissioning items
- Track close-out documents
- Follow up to confirm the best structure has been created
